Product Delivery

All of our purchased products are delivered instantly to our customer’s email as soon as the payment is received.

Product Non-Delivery

In some cases, mailing issues beyond our control from your mail server or e-mail provider could result in not receiving a delivery e-mail message from us. If this is the case, we recommend that you contact us for assistance. All non-delivery claims must be filed within 60 days from the date of purchase; otherwise, the product shall be considered downloaded and received.

Opening and Downloading Issues

For issues pertaining to opening the PDF file or downloading the product, we highly recommend using your internet browsers. Claims for incorrect product display shall be filed within 60 days. Failure to contact us during this time frame is an agreement on your behalf that we can interpret your silence as a sign of a successful download of the product. 

Digital Products Purchased via Online Form

Digital products that are downloadable like certain eBooks are eligible for return. In order to obtain a refund, customers are required to supply our customer service department with their order ID. We will issue refunds for all of our digital products that are purchased within the 60 days of the initial date of purchase.


We utilize the best security measures in order to protect the alteration, loss or misuse of all of the information that is under our control. Credit card details will not be e-mailed to you. We don’t store or retain any credit card information at our place of business or on any of our servers. All credit card information that’s used to purchase services and products from is stored and processed by Paypal on their secure servers.

The shopping cart software includes applications to integrate with payment services. Our secure payment forms are attached using SSL encryption. They’re either hosted within the domain as to where the software of the shopping cart is installed or provided by the payment service itself. If the payment form is provided by the payment service provider, it’s protected with SSL encryption on the payment service website.

Customer information such as e-mail, phone number, and name may be saved when purchases are processed on shopping cart’s software. In the case where a payment service is utilized to process orders, expiration dates, security codes, and credit card numbers are NOT saved on website, including the database that’s used by our website.
